Though we have an Italian name, we are not shackled by tradition... we do not slavishly follow centuries-old convention... we have a certain Italian influence in our menu... but you will often find a dash of French, like Duck with Orange Glaze... or a classic Ozzie Truckie Burger, if you just need to satisfy hunger pangs without spending a lot...
